a. Check the speaker icon on the Windows taskbar to ensure the sound is turned up and mute is not enabled.

b. There is a button on the speakers which mutes the sound. Ensure this is not pressed.

c. Check if the speaker sound is turned up.

d. Check that the speaker cable or USB lead is connected.
