Go to: Start > All Programmes > Core Programmes > Internet Explorer.
Once internet explorer has fully loaded launch Google Chrome and it should work.
If this doesn't work then you may not have Wireless enabled. Press function ‘fn’ + 'F3' and you should see an orange light on the base of the laptop to the right.
